And last, but certainly not least is "Twinkle Toes" Natalie. She wasn't so sure what she wanted to be this year so I suggested Little Red Riding Hood. She seemed happy with the choice. The dress under the cape is so cute, it has a red skirt and bloomers under the skirt. Will see if I can get a better photo of the whole outfit.
